Positive: Nothing at all. It was previously a good option for the price, but for what they are going for now just go to a real hotel with staff.
Negative: I requested an early check in which they charged me for, and after the fact they changed our original room to another and the second room had a problem with the key pad which wouldn't let us in the room. They had us wait for 45 minutes until they finally decided to move us back to the original room which wasn't ready and had us wait in a different room for another hour. When they finally got us into our room we didn't have access to wifi which I need for work, even after requesting it.
