Hice varias reservaciones consecutivas, para los mismos huéspedes, en el mismo departamento: nos llamaron la atención por no sacar sus pertenencias el día del check out, a pesar de que teníamos check in ese mismo día, en el mismo departamento. Para el día de hoy tenemos una cuarta reservación, consecutiva, aunque en otro departamento pues el departamento en el que mis trabajadores se alojan ya no está disponible: no nos permitieron guardar las cosas antes del check in, ni en el departamento ni en algún sitio en custodia. La renta es barata, y el servicio y atención al cliente, deficiente. Negative: El servicio al cliente: ausente cuando se necesitó, intransigente cuando contestaron al teléfono. Es un sitio que NO recomiendo.

Negative: I stayed here during my trip to Guadalajara for medical reasons, as I had a procedure scheduled right after my arrival. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. On the day I arrived, the garage door wasn’t working, so I couldn’t enter the property right away and wasn’t able to get the rest I needed before my procedure. That night, I also discovered the water heater wasn’t working, which forced me to take a cold shower before and after my procedure. The issue was never fixed during my stay, so I couldn’t properly shower again until I returned home. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working the first night, which added to the frustration. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. These problems made it especially difficult since I was there for medical recovery, and I would not recommend this place to others.
