Negative: I stayed here during my trip to Guadalajara for medical reasons, as I had a procedure scheduled right after my arrival. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant.
On the day I arrived, the garage door wasn’t working, so I couldn’t enter the property right away and wasn’t able to get the rest I needed before my procedure. That night, I also discovered the water heater wasn’t working, which forced me to take a cold shower before and after my procedure. The issue was never fixed during my stay, so I couldn’t properly shower again until I returned home.
In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working the first night, which added to the frustration.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. These problems made it especially difficult since I was there for medical recovery, and I would not recommend this place to others.
