Horrible experiencia Positive: El lugar estuvo limpio y cómodo Negative: La comunicación con las personas encargadas es PÉSIMA, me entregaron el departamento a las 6 pm !! Estuve afuera intentando comunicarme en medio de una tormenta por horas. Solicité el check out tardío y nunca me contestaron, pero si me bloquearon el acceso y no podía salir con mi equipaje.

Fue una estancia muy disfrutable en el centro de Guadalajara y cerca de nuestro lugar de trabajo Positive: El lugar es muy bonito y confortable realmente a uno le gustaría quedarse a vivir en él Tiene espacios cómodos, un lugar para trabajar en computadora y estacionamiento Negative: A veces es compleja tanta tecnología, sin embargo que haya alguien que atienda las necesidades es indispensable para sentirse bien atendido

Muy cómodo y las instalaciones excelente estado Positive: Estuvo perfecto Negative: Todo estuvo muy bien

Will definitely come back, it felt like home Positive: I love the living room and terrace on top. It was even more comfortable than the other unit we stayed in. Great couch and table to eat and work. Negative: The washing machine was not working well.

Large space walking distance to the historic center Positive: Nice, safe location with lots of space Negative: There was not enough towels or blankets provided for our stay. The washer and dryer did not work.
